Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. To help you find the products that work best for you, we strongly recommend purchasing sample sizes before committing to full-size items.

Because skin types and preferences vary from person to person, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if a product does not work for you personally. We also encourage performing a patch test before full use to ensure compatibility with your skin. While all of our formulations follow established safety guidelines and IFRA fragrance limitations, individual reactions may still vary.

Additionally, we are unable to replace products that are damaged during transit. We take great care to package every order securely; however, once a package leaves our hands, it is handled by the shipping carrier. For added protection, we strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout to ensure you are covered in the event of damage or loss during delivery.
